Pets Welcome Upon Approval Dogs and cats are allowed. Breed restrictions apply. Pet limit 2 per apartment home. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged. Pet deposit is $150 (50% is refundable). The weight limit is 40 pounds. Please call our office for more details.
